Agreement

Here are some important highlights (in layman terms) from the attached Agreement. Submission of payment constitutes that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of the Agreement. If you require a filled in and signed copy of the Agreement, it will be generated upon request.

--- SERVICES ---

I will provide Done-for-You MemberVault Setup, Integration, and Training for a total of eight (8) hours on the scheduled VIP Day. Services are strictly limited to this time period, and I do not guarantee any quantity of delivered or deliverable content.

--- FEES ---

Payment must be received in full at least seven (7) business days before the scheduled VIP Day. If payment in full is not received before the deadline, the VIP Day will be canceled and no services will be provided.

--- CLIENT OBLIGATIONS ---

You agree to:

Complete the questionnaire/workbook provided at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled VIP Day
Provide any content, copy, documents, images, videos. access/login information, and other material related to the service
Show up on time for a Kickoff Call at the scheduled time on the day of service
Be available during the date of service to collaborate with and answer any questions I may have

--- REFUNDS --

No refunds. This is a custom service. The fees paid under this Agreement are non-refundable.

--- CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING ---

You must provide a 3-day notice in the case of cancellations and rescheduling. Any cancellation/rescheduling made with less than a 3-day notice will forfeit the services and payment.

--- NO SHOW ---

In the event that you do not show up for the session or are not available on the scheduled date, you will not be entitled to reschedule and your payment will not be returned.
